Remember When

This Tutorial was written in Version 9 PSP
Buy can adapt to any version.
I will not be placing pictures to show you so you have to
follow diections carefully.

Let's Begin!
1) Open yout tubes in PSP. Duplicate and close originals.
2) Open a new Transparent Image 700 x 600. Choose a light FG and a Darker BG.
3) Make FG Gradient > Settings:
Angle=0 > Repeats=0 > Invert=unchecked > Sunburst > H & V = 50.
Flood Fill with FG Gradient.
Selections > Select All.
4) Copy element22> Paste into selection > Selections > Select None.
5) Copy > vilm-alittlemagic_fairy_e1 > Paste as a new layer > Move it to the
left with your mover tool.
6) Copy Woman47 > Paste as a new layer > Image > Resize > 80% > All layers
unchecked. Move her to the right with your mover tool.
On your layer palette, move Raster 3 down one.
7) Maximize Diamond Doodle4 > Copy > Paste as a new layer > move it down
towards the far left > Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow > Settings: V & H =
3 > Opacity=60 > Blur=5.00 > Color = Black > Effects > Plug ins > FM Tile
Tools > Blend Emboss > Play with the settings.
8) Maximize Little-girl tube > Copy > Paste as a new layer > Resize > 30% >
Move towards top left. Maximize Heart Tube > Copy small heart > Paste as new
layer. Slide the heart over the little girl with your mover tool. Layers >
Merge > Merge visible.
Borders
1) Image > add borderss . 1 > Black.
Image add borders > 20. With your magic wand, select the outer border >
Plugins > Amphisoft > Xylograph LE.
Adjust > Hue/Saturation > Colorize > Hue=25 > Sat = 187. ( this is the color I
used. You can use your own) > Keep Selected > Inner Bevel > Settings: #1 - 8,
3 , 4 , 0, 0, White , 315 , 50, 30. Selections > Select None.
Image > Add border > 2> Color: D9AC66.
(you may choose your own color)
Image > add border > 30 > Black > Use your Select with magic wand outside
black border >
FG =Siver Pattern > Flood dill with silver Pattern.
Effects > 3d Effects > Drop Shadow > Settings : V & H = 7 , Opacity 60 , Blur
5.00 , color Black.
Repeat with V & H - 7 (minus)
Effects > 3D effects > Inner Bevel > Settings: #1 - 10 - 3 - 5 - 0 - 0 -
White - 315 - 50 - 10.
Selections > Select None.
Image > add borders > 1 - black.
Corners
1) Maximize Corner > Copy > Paste as a new layer. With your mover tool, move
to the top left corner. . Effects > 3D efects > Drop Shadow > Settings : V &
H=3 - Opacity = 60 - Blur = 5.00 - Black.
Effects > Plugin > Simple > Top Left Mirror.
Now you should have all 4 corners.
Layers > New Raster Layer > add watermark or any writing you wouild like on
it.
Merge all flatten.
Animation on Heart
Take your Free Hand Selection tool>Selection type=freehand.
Mode> add shift.
Feather & Smoothing = 0 > Anti Alias =checked.
Now draw with your free hand tool around theouter edge until you come back
where you started and continue through the inside till you come from where you
start.
Now in your layer palette, Duplicate 2 x.
X (close) out the top 2 layers. highlight the bottom layer, Effects> Plugins >
Alien Skin Xenofex2 > Constellation > Settings:Numbers from top to bottom=
1.98 , 50, 50, 25 , 50 , 75.
Leave teinkle roation at 25. Select = Keep original image > Random Seed = 1.
Click OK..
Repeat the other two just like above except change random seed by clicking on
it once each time.
When done with that . Highlight the bottom layer..make sure all are unchecked
go to File > Save as > .psp.
Open Animation shop, File > Open > find where you placed your animation file,
bring it into animation shop .
You can resize it here if you like.
Save file as a gif.
Now you can make a background for your header.
